
Biography
Craig Clendenin’s practice involves arbitration and litigation in both state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Texas. As a litigator, Craig has tried well over 100 jury trials to verdict in both commercial and personal injury cases. He represents individuals, corporations and business clients in claims focusing on real estate, business ventures, construction, securities, banking, probate, toxic tort, environmental, trucking, oil & gas, personal injury and general contract law.
Craig’s transactional practice includes reviewing and drafting real estate matters, including commercial sale and leasehold transactions; establishing business organizations; negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial and international contracts such as master service agreements and personal service contracts for media personnel; and drafting employment contracts and policy and procedure manuals for employers.
Craig is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
