Biography

Holton has experience assisting individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, construction claims, employment matters, oil and gas litigation, insurance defense, and fiduciary litigation.  Holton’s state and federal court experience spans across multiple states, including Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Holton grew up in a small town outside of Fort Worth, Texas before attending Texas Tech University. While in school, Holton played an active role in several organizations, including the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal and Student Government Association. While in school, Holton served as a law clerk for multiple district court judges.  

Before moving to Austin, Texas, Holton Westbrook practiced across West Texas, representing clients in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. In his free time, Holton enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, running, and playing sports.
